These terms summarise how our Malaysian hosting services may be used and how we handle billing, cancellations, backups and your privacy on this website. Services are provisioned and supported through the ServerSlot platform. Our Services
We provide VPS hosting, dedicated servers, Windows RDP desktops, website and WordPress hosting on VPS infrastructure, and domain registration, with servers located in Kuala Lumpur and Cyberjaya, Malaysia. Specifications and prices are described on the relevant pages of this site and in the client area. You receive administrative access to your service and are responsible for the software, data and configuration you place on it, including keeping it updated and secure.
Acceptable Use
You may not use our Malaysian services for anything unlawful, or for activity that harms other people or networks. This includes sending unsolicited bulk email, distributing malware, launching attacks or scans against third parties, hosting content that infringes copyright or other rights, and phishing or fraud. Services that disrupt our network or other customers may be suspended while the issue is investigated. You are also responsible for the actions of anyone you allow to use your server.
Billing and Payment
Services are billed in advance for the period you select. Payment is accepted by cryptocurrency, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and bank transfer. Invoices, due dates and payment history are available in the client area. Unpaid services may be suspended and later terminated in line with the client-area terms. Domain prices are shown at checkout and depend on the extension.
Cancellation
You can request cancellation from the client area at any time, either immediately or at the end of the current billing period. Please copy any data you need before the service ends, because data on cancelled services is removed. Domain registrations follow the rules of the relevant registry, including Malaysian registry policies for .com.my and related extensions.
Backups and Your Data
You are responsible for keeping your own backups of websites, databases, email and files. We recommend storing copies away from the server and testing restores regularly. RAID on dedicated servers protects against single drive failure but is not a backup.
Limitation of Liability
We work to keep our infrastructure reliable, but we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, revenue or data arising from the use of, or inability to use, our services. Our total liability is limited as set out in the client-area terms.
Privacy and Cookies
This website stores your theme choice and cookie preference in your browser so they are remembered on your next visit. Essential cookies needed for the site to function are always on. Optional analytics cookies are only used if you choose "Accept All Cookies"; selecting essential cookies only keeps them switched off.
